Residential Home Inspection
A general home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property, performed for a fee, designed to identify defects within specific systems and components.
I don't have a set fee for a home inspection, it depends on the age and the size of the house (older and larger homes require more time to inspect).
A 30 year-old, 2000 sq ft house will run approximately $200.
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer. Radon exposure is the leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers. You can’t see or smell radon. Testing is the only way to know your level of exposure.

home Energy SCore
Find out how energy efficient your home is and - with the recommended upgrades - how efficient it could be. You wouldn't buy a car without knowing what the expected MPG would be; why buy a house without having an idea how much it will cost to keep it at a comfortable temperature year round. The score will also give recommendations on where to make improvements (adding insulation to the attic or a new furnace for example).
